Goals for Students

• Improve the quality of education in Gwinnett County
• Additional funds for physically/economically challange and non-English speaking students
• Motivate parents to participate in school activities
• Renovate existing schools with high-tech educational equipment.
• Keep class sizes small to enhance the learning environment
• Increase and execute strategies to achieve higher level skills in Mathematics and Science
• Increase afterschool programs to improve students test scores and lower dropout rates
• Focus on schools and neighborhood safety to decrease drugs and violence

Goals for Teachers

• Support the freedom of teachers in classrooms so they can teach in a way that is most comfortable for the teachers as well as meet the academic goals for the students.
• Develop safe working condition.
• Support and retain qualified teachers in the district
• Provide high-tech teaching and professional development to meet the classroom needs.
